Speed of service is one of the top 5 most important things to pub customers. It matches ‘value for money’ as something customer demand to receive in a pub environment. The findings, part of a Him! Research’s OnTrack 2011 report, due to be pubished in July, also reveal that a pub’s proximity to customers’ homes and its atmosphere are also key considerations.
Customers said that ‘efficient service’ and ‘quality of service’ as well as friendlier staff would improve their overall pub experience.
