THE Marine Hotel in Troon has launched its new high end eatery, with the opening of the Two Fat Ladies there.
And food lovers are in for a treat at the new restaurant, which brings its finest, fresh dining experience from Glasgow to the Ayrshire coast.
But the good news doesn’t stop there for locals, with the new venue also creating a dozen new jobs for the area.
The latest addition to the Two Fat Ladies family, owned by restaurateur, Ryan James, the Troon restaurant is expected to continue the high quality dining experience and customer service.

The new 110 cover restaurant boasts the unique cosy charm and character Ryan has introduced at his other restaurants, having undergone a renovation as part of a five figure investment at the hotel.
Ryan James said, “Troon is well-known for excellent seafood. Coupled with its striking scenery, it is the perfect location for the next chapter of the Two Fat Ladies brand.”
Residents of the hotel can, along with members of the public, enjoy lunch and dinner seven days a week.
And set in picturesque surroundings overlooking the stunning beachfront, Two Fat Ladies at The Marine offers seasonally inspired menus using the highest quality ingredients, celebrating Scottish provenance at its best.

CEO of Puma Hotels’ Collection, Fredrik Korallus said it was important the restaurant shared the values of the company and hotel.
He added, “Renowned for its dining experience and culinary expertise, The Two Fat Ladies is a perfect partner. This is the latest investment for the Marine Hotel and is part of our commitment to offering residents and guests the highest quality service and experience.”
