In good news for licensees, a new report from ISA provider Scottish Friendly has revealed that Scots have more disposable income than the rest of the UK.
Scots have seen a four percentage point rise in disposable income over the last quarter, with 67% of people choosing to put money aside each month. Only 15% believe that their financial situation will worsen over the next three months, down from 19% in the last quarter.
Hopefully this new-found financial optimism will translate to increased bar and restaurant visits!
