Following last years investment by Private Equity group Palatine, the first of the new Gusto restaurants,  is getting set to open in Glasgow later this month.  Originally wholly owned by Living Ventures, the new setup has LV boss, Tim Bacon as Chairman of the Board, Jeremy Roberts as Non-Executive Director and Sue Crimes as Managing Director. The plan is to open 15 more branches of the new style Gusto throughout the UK in the next 2-3 years.  Graham Swankie has been appointed GM of the new bar and restaurant which will be located in the former Clydesdale Bank on Bothwell Street.  It will also have two private dining rooms and a large outside terrace.
