Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? The news that music legends Queen are to release their own beer in celebration of their 40th anniversary of Bohemian Rhapsody is sure to have fans around the world doing the Fandango!
The aptly named Queen Bohemian Lager is brewed in the Czech Republic and is described as a “golden hoppy” brew. Bottles of the beer will have an image from A Night of the Opera- the album which Bohemian Rhapsody featured on along with the distinctive Queen crest, which was designed by the late front man Freddie Mercury.
It’s not the first venture into the alcohol industry, Queen previously released their own vodka in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the song Killer Queen.
The beer will be available in Europe this summer before being rolled out worldwide.
