The Government scheme that has helped slash ferry fares in Scotland has contributed to an increase in the number of visitors to Arran Distillery’s visitor centre. A record 65,000 visited the distillery in the past 12 months. As well as an increase in the number of visitors the distillery company has seen a rise in its turnover of 21% to £5.5m.
