Plans to replace shop space at Inverness Retail Park with three new restaurants has been approved by city councilors. Owners Hercules Unit Trust, could now attract national operators such as Nando’s, Frankie and Benny’s and TGI Fridays to the site. The £13 million plan the operators have also includes reconfiguring the car park and providing additional pedestrian-friendly areas.
