The four-star Hilton Dunkeld House Hotel has been sold to Dunkeld House Hotel LLP, a partnership between Arnold Schnegg, James Hawksworth (who also own the Hallmark Hotel group) and funds managed by Downing LLP who have more than £700m in funds under management.
All the staff have transferred to the new owners who have pledged a “significant capital investment”. The hotel was put up for sale with five other Hilton Hotels, all of them have now been sold through Christie & Co.
