First core range of aged single malts from GlenAllachie Distillery

The GlenAllachie Distillery has released its first core range since the distillery was acquired by Billy Walker last year. The release includes 10-year-old cask strength, the flagship 12-year-old, plus an 18 and a 25-year-old.

Master distiller Walker, who is also managing director, led the purchase of the Speyside distillery in  a multi-million pound deal with business partners Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson last October.

Said Walker, “The first release of our GlenAllachie core range has been a culmination of months of hard work and a passion to turn GlenAllachie into a very popular and much sought after single malt whisky.

“It is an honour to be its custodian and to develop this range of single malts,” he added.
