ST ANDREWS RESTAURANT THE ADAMSON REOPENS

St Andrews restaurant The Adamson, on South Street, is now a lighter, brighter, more contemporary space thanks to a three-week refurbishment.

MD Julie Lewis told DRAM, “We wanted to lighten the space to make it more suitable for daytime dining as well as making it more modern, brighter and up to date, We’ve fractionally increased the covers in the restaurant to 75. We focused on the quality, design, and sustainability instead of just throwing a huge spend at it.”

There’s also a new feature wall in the cocktail bar, plus new lighting, and furnishings, like chairs upholstered in teal, green and grey and marble tables throughout.
