Bob & Berts to open 3 more artisan coffee shops in Scotland

Northern Ireland coffee company Bob & Berts plans to open three more Scottish outlets, in Stirling, Kirkcaldy and Ayr, in addition to its existing ones in Falkirk, Dunfermline and Dumfries.

The company has secured new funding facilities from Ulster Bank. Along with continued support of its existing investor BGF, Bob & Berts is also investing in the opening of eight new stores in Northern Ireland

Bob & Berts first expanded into the Scottish market in October last year with Falkirk.

The company was founded in 2013 by Colin McClean, who was joined in the business by brother-in-law David Ferguson two years later.
