Entrepreneur Kevin Campbell has opened a second Bibimbap on Partick Bridge Street in Glasgow’s west end.
The Korean restaurant includes a 25-cover mezzanine incorporating a BibimBBQ – a grill-it-yourself dining experience that allows customers to cook their own meals at the table.
Said Kevin, “Partick Bridge Street is the perfect location for our second Bibimbap site introducing the Korean Barbeque to the West End community. It has almost been 2 years since
we first introduced Bibimbap to Glasgow and food-obsessed diners will now be able to tuck into our extensive menu featuring a range of traditional and modern Korean dishes”.
The original restaurant is at 3 West Nile Street.
