Restaurateurs Karen and Ruori Stewart have flipped the sign to open on their second Edinburgh eaterie, Chessel’s restaurant and bar, after acquiring the lease on the former Pancho Villas at 240 Canongate.
It’s a 40-seater restaurant, split over two levels and with a tapas-style menu.
The couple’s other concern is The Apartment in Bruntsfield.
