Italian street food pizza company Civerinos, owned by Michele Civiera, has announced via Instagram that it will open a new by-slice Edinburgh restaurant in the former Pizza Hut on St John’s Road in Corstorphine next month. The post read “What neighbourhood is getting a Civerinos Slice in August?”
It will be the fourth Civerinos for the city – after Civerinos at Hunter Square, a Civerinos Slice on Forrest Road and The High Dive pizza bar on St Leonard’s Street.
.Civerinos introduced ‘dough it yourself’ DIY pizza kits during the start of lockdown so that Edinburgh customers could recreate its recipes at home They also delivered the kits to Glasgow on a Sunday in May.
