Co-directors Jonathan Stipanovsky and Joe Aitken are re-launching their street food market, The Big Feed, at 249-345 Govan Road in Glasgow this weekend (25-26 July). It will be all-seated and have a full bar.
Jonathan, who launched the business with Joe in 2017, told DRAM, “There has been a 300% increase in outdoor space because of the introduction with our new beer garden at the front of the venue. There are also a number of new Covid safety measures in place, and a we have introduced a number of enhancements to our venue such as a bespoke App for ordering and paying for drinks.”
The event will be now open from 12pm til 10pm on Saturdays and 12pm til 8pm on Sundays and a total of 11 traders have already been confirmed for the reopening.
Indoor restaurants and bars were given the official go-ahead to reopen from July 15 as part of Phase 3 in the routemap out of lockdown.
