Glasgow City Council planners have granted permission to The Pizza Machine allowing it to vend pizza’s on its High Street site.
The only pizza machine in Scotland, the machine delivers pizza’s in 3 minutes. It holds 96 pizza’s that are freshly prepared off site each day.
The machine was installed by Kristofer Maguire, the majority shareholder along with his brother Raymond and dad Kevin – who also own the Metropolitan Bar in the Merchant City.
The company had opened its vending machine at the end of last year before planners said that it should not have been installed. The decision was overturned after a successful appeal at the end of November.
