Harding LTD, owners of Siberia Bar & Hotel on Belmont Street in the heart of Aberdeen city centre have bought the vacant 4-story unit next door to their current premises as part of the company’s expansion plans for the 13 Belmont Street premises.
The significant investments forms part of their 2023 expansion plans as well as their stated aim to bring more vibrancy to the Belmont Street quarter and the wider city centre. Work on the development is expected to begin soon with more updates coming following the Christmas season.
The company’s announcement, which follows in the footsteps of last week’s emergency Union Street summit, alongside expansion plans from Aberdeen jewellery retailers Jamieson and Carry, focuses on the potential for business growth towards the Union Street/ Belmont Street area of town.
The locally owned, independent business hopes this good news story will help to create a buzz around the area and establish the businesses commitment to potential growth for the City.
