A new restaurant and cocktail bar is opening in the Merchant City this weekend (7 July).
Table Twenty Eight, in Merchant Square, promises a contemporary Scottish food from land, farm and sea along with a selection of cocktails. The menu from Head Chef Madhav Kharwar, includes the 72 hour miso-marinated cod, tomahawk pork chops and the Enoki Mushroom Burger. Like the food, the cocktails will also use fresh ingredients.
General Manager, Jeff Gaffin promises to provide some of the “best food you will find in the city in a relaxing setting”.
