House of Oz, which won Entertainment Now’s Best Fringe Venue award in its debut year in 2022 is back at the Edinburgh Fringe, and it’s the only venue dedicated exclusively to celebrating Australian creativity and talent.
It means that they are bringing with them a pop-up from the Daisy Green Collection, an innovative independent group of Aussie cafes and restaurants along with the onstage talent.
It’s the first venture outside of London for Daisy Green Collection, and as they take their bright, bold and relaxed style to the Scottish capital, they will be offering their signature brunch dishes such as Avocado on Charcoal, Famous Banana Bread Sandwich and their Fancy Bacon Roll on paratha roti.
Daisy Green founder Prue Freeman said, “We are so thrilled to be heading back to the Edinburgh Festival this year with our friends House of Oz – a fantastic partnership celebrating Aussie creativity! Daisy Green takes on Edinburgh – a city that we adore and my husband and I have spent many happy times visiting. Our pop up will be bigger and better than last year with an all-day menu showcasing some real Daisy classic dishes as well as our much-loved Aussie Lamingtons”.
Alongside the award-winning all-day brunch, resident chef and Aussie native, Michael Bagnall, will be serving his own menu of specials showcasing native ingredients from the Australian continent in the evening.
