AI creates unique designs for Label 5’s new launch

Label 5 blended Scotch whisky has launched a limited-edition design of its Classic Black blend to celebrate its cosmopolitan spirit with the campaign taking its inspiration from the brand’s recent partnerships with the global graffiti community, including its sponsorship of this year’s Yardworks urban art and graffiti festival at SWG3 in Glasgow.

Named ‘Label 5 City Lights Edition’, the new-look pack was created using Artificial Intelligence to take random snapshots of computer-generated cityscape at night. As a result, each bottle has its own unique label featuring a section of the design which was randomly selected by the AI algorithm to ensure that no two bottles are the same.

James Collins, Label 5’s UK Marketing Manager said, “Label 5 City Lights Edition is designed to be as unique and creative as the customers who enjoy our whisky. This globally renowned blended Scotch is known for its modern and urban take on whisky, and this new limited edition showcases this to spectacular effect. With the ability to pick from an endless sequence of designs generated by our algorithm, we hope drinkers enjoy their own unique and very special slice of Label 5 history.”
