Turtle Bay, the Caribbean-inspired bar and restaurant group which offers ‘a mix of Rum, Reggae and Jerk’, is poised to make its Scottish debut later this year. With over fifty locations across the UK, the brand is gearing up to launch its newest venue at 130 St Vincent Street this winter.
The 257-cover restaurant will offer both indoor and outdoor seating, an open kitchen, and a central island bar and says that it aims to ‘create the essence of the Caribbean’ – from its decor to its menu offerings and its hospitality experience.
Turtle Bay’s all-day food menu will feature a BBQ Jerk Pit menu along with a selection of signature rum cocktails. In addition the menu offers Caribbean soul food and West Indian curries, including classics like curry goat and Kingston fried chicken.
