The Duck & Waffle in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter has brought ‘The Nutcracker’ to life with its festive makeover.
The restaurant and bar has transformed itself with Nutcracker displays, Christmas trees with sugar plum fairies to vintage toy boxes It comes complete with a balloon installation. The design is the result of a collaboration with with florist Lesley Strachan, Thrill Events and The Nutcracker Christmas Shop.
The bar is also getting into the Christmas spirits with limited-edition festive Makers Mark cocktails including the MistletoeMartini with Maker’s Mark while Culinary Director Daniel Barbosa and Executive Chef Lucia Gregusova will present a specially curated 4-course Christmas Day menu.
