Encore Edinburgh, the new late-night speakeasy on Hope Street from Caledonian Heritable, opens today.
Influenced by Paris’s Moulin Rouge and La République district it promises “sophisticated lifestyle entertainment in one amazing location” and small plates, cocktails, performance, and music for “pure, unadulterated enjoyment”.
The flamboyance is mirrored in the décor as well as the food and cocktail menu with red velvet sofas and rich textile upholstery in the entrance hall and the bar lounge and “Press for Cocktails” buttoned-booths matched with retro decoration. The venue also features a photo booth for guests to capture their experience.
