RIO Brazilian Steakhouse will open its first Scottish venue in Edinburgh on 9 February bringing its non-stop meats concept to the capital with a set price aiming to provide a competitive alternative to other steakhouses in the city.
Opening in the Assembly Rooms on George Street, the 150-seat steakhouse offers a genuine Brazilian Churrasco, serving fine meat cuts carved tableside in the classic Rodizio fashion. Guests can also enjoy a variety of imported cheeses, meats, and watch as the chefs create authentic dishes from a central sushi bar, with an endless gourmet salad bar.
Rodrigo Grassi, Co-owner of RIO Brazilian Steakhouse, said, “It’s an exciting moment for us to announce RIO’s arrival into Edinburgh on the 9th of February, bringing our unique concept to Scotland for the first time. We look forward to welcoming our first guests through the doors in a month’s time in true Brazilian fashion, with plenty of good food, drink, and celebration!”
The expansion follows RIO’s success in England, marking the 8th location since the brand was established.
