Bow Hospitality are opening their first venue in Edinburgh after announcing that they have taken over Superico on Hanover street. The group will launch CABO next month following a “complete transformation”.
The new 70-cover ‘pacific-fusion’ bar and restaurant will be offering a “Baja Californian fusion of Japanese and Mexican imaginative dishes’, a sushi-making bar along with speciality cocktails as Bow promise to bring the taste of the Pacific coast to Scotland.
This latest opening adds to Bow’s portfolio of bars which includes Glasgow’s Mezcal, St Judes, The Scallion, The Hielan Jessie and The Merchant Steakhouse.
