Gastropub, The Loveable Rogue will open its third location in the city’s Southside this month to compliment the Loveable Rogue’s operating on both the West and East sides of the city.
The Glasgow-based entrepreneurial owners, Joe and Amalia Lazzerini, will be providing a “flexible, relaxed, cosy and accessible neighbourhood restaurant where everybody is welcome” at its new Strathbungo home. The family-friendly restaurant, which opens on 17 October, say that fresh, home-cooked dishes are at the heart of their inspiration for The Loveable Rogue alongside a wide selection of wines, locally brewed ales, beers, spirits and classic cocktails.
Head chef and co-owner Joe Lazzerini said, “We will provide hearty, simple, and delicious meals that everyone can enjoy. Along with Rogue’s heartier dishes, we bring our renowned Sunday roast to the community, which is served all day every Sunday.”
Co-owner Amalia Lazzerini said, “By combining our focus on comfort food with friendly neighbourhood service, The Loveable Rogue Southside will offer a lively yet calm eating environment. Strathbungo, renowned for being one of the hippest areas in the city, makes this Southside gem a great location for our third Rogue”.
