The Slug & Lettuce has reopened its doors in Glasgow on West George Street, two years after the St Vincent street venue closed to make way for student accommodation.

With a disco ball arch marking the entrance,  the £837k investment in the former Missoula venue includes VIP areas with tables finished in a pink terrazzo style tile, and a dedicated cocktail masterclass area while the bar features LED lighting that changes throughout the day to match the mood. The venue also has direct access to nightclub, PopWorld, upstairs, Slug & Lettuce’s 400- capacity sister venue which has also received a new look for the opening.

Hollie McKenzie, General Manager at Slug & Lettuce, Glasgow, said, “We’re delighted to be bringing Slug & Lettuce back to Glasgow with a contemporary new look.

“The St Vincent Street venue was incredibly popular, so with a new, refreshed vibe and brand-new prime location in the city centre, we’re all set for even more good food, good drinks and good times!  Slug & Lettuce is renowned for its boozy brunch, which is available all week long and the striking new décor is sure to make the perfect setting for brunch in Glasgow.”
