Buzzworks has been working with Mark Maynard of Maynard Consulting as part of its commitment to improve company culture and drive sustainable growth to create “exceptional experiences for both employees and guests”.
The partnership with Maynard Consulting, which specialises in hospitality, leadership, operations, and organisational culture, began in 2023, and during a recent visit to the group’s central office in Kilmarnock, Mark shared his extensive knowledge on culture and business growth, drawing from his experience, taking the time to also visit a few of the group’s most popular venues.
