Buzzworks Holdings has secured significant new funding from Cynergy Bank, marking the next phase in the hospitality group’s strategic growth. The Ayrshire-based business, which operates 22 venues across Scotland, will use the investment to support future acquisitions, a management buyout, and the refinancing of existing facilities.
The deal gives Buzzworks the headroom to continue expanding its bar and restaurant estate, as well as develop new venues that combine hospitality with accommodation. With over 850 employees, the company has set its sights on becoming a £100m+ family-run operation.

The funding has been structured by Cynergy Bank, working in partnership with Alchemy Partners, with West Coast Capital continuing as a key investor in the group.
