The Bay Horse on Bath Street, which closed for a refurb earlier this month is re-opening as Seventy Three in November.
Owner Thomas Melville told the DRAM, “Even though the Bay Horse was an institution in Glasgow city centre for many years, we decided it was time to give the venue a well-deserved update. It needed a fresh look and a new direction to stay relevant today — that means reimagining everything from our offering to our décor.”
The revamp and relaunch is promising to create a brunch and late night venue that “brings together everything Glasgow loves from brunch classics with a twist, boozy brunches, signature cocktails, and live entertainment five days a week” with live entertainment including sax performances, vocalists, acoustic sets and resident DJs.
