The final countdown is on for hospitality leaders keen to take part in HIT Scotland’s Leadership Redefined – Leaders Make a Culture programme, with applications closing today.

The two-day residential, part of HIT Scotland’s Executive & Leadership series for 2026, takes place in Inverness on 3rd and 4th March and is aimed at department heads, managers and senior team members ready to deepen their leadership skills in a practical, high-level setting.

Far from a standard boardroom course, the programme is hosted across two of Inverness’s most inspiring venues, Ness Walk Hotel and Inverness Castle, and led by award-winning consultancy The Culture Builders, including Owen Cook, co-author of Bank of Me, and leadership coach Michael Pheasant.

Topics on the agenda include building high-performance culture, emotional intelligence in action, and coaching techniques that support long-term organisational development. Delegates will also explore energy management strategies through the Bank of Me methodology.

The programme is designed for senior professionals with at least five years’ leadership or management experience in hospitality or a related sector, particularly those leading medium-sized teams or functional areas.

A limited number of places remain, and HIT Scotland is encouraging anyone considering the course to apply before the end of today. For more information and eligibility details, visit: https://hitscotland.co.uk/leadership-redefined
