Red Engine, the hospitality group behind competitive socialising brands Flight Club and Electric Shuffle, has reported Q4 2025 sales of £27.7 million, up 10 per cent year-on-year. Including franchise partners, total Q4 system sales reached £46.4 million, representing growth of 25 per cent year-on-year.
The trading update rounds off a tenth-anniversary year for the business, which opened its first venue a decade ago, with locations in Glasgow and Edinburgh opening at the end of 2023, and comes as the group delivered its strongest trading month in December, with 22 of its 24 venues achieving their highest-ever weekly sales, alongside a single-day sales record of £775,000.
“We are delighted to report such strong Q4 results to close out our tenth-anniversary year. While the hospitality sector continues to face significant challenges, these results underscore the resilience of our brands and the incredible hard work of our teams and franchise partners. Last year was a particularly proud moment for all of us at Red Engine, but finishing off a milestone year with results like these really is the icing on the cake. We are excited for the next chapter of the story and continuing our mission to spread joy worldwide through our social experiences,” said Ross Shepley-Smith, CFO at Red Engine.
Looking ahead, the group and its partners are planning several new openings in 2026 including the soon-to-open Reading venue and, internationally, the company’s partners are also planning five new Flight Club sites in 2026, with venues lined up for Newtown in Sydney, Seattle, New York, Dallas and Minneapolis. The six confirmed openings will take the global Flight Club and Electric Shuffle estate to 45 venues.
“Coming off the back of a decade of Social Darts and such a strong period of growth for Red Engine and our partners, we are incredibly excited for what 2026 has in store. We can’t wait to open the doors to what will be the 32nd Flight Club worldwide in Reading’s Station Hill development. As always, we continue scouting for unique spaces that fit our vibe in locations where we know we’d bring something special to the nightlife scene” said Steve Moore, CEO and founder.
On the Electric Shuffle side, Red Engine said it is entering a new phase of product development following openings in London’s King’s Cross and Chicago in 2025, with investment planned to strengthen the gaming element of the concept.
“Last year was a monumental one for Flight Club as we celebrated a decade of Social Darts. This year, we’re excited to put the spotlight on Electric Shuffle. We are dedicating 2026 to deepening the Electric Shuffle gaming experience; innovation is in our DNA, and we believe our technology should never stand still. We are currently developing gameplay updates that will redefine the experience for our guests worldwide,” Moore added.
