Bowmore has launched Vault Edit1°n Atlantic Sea Salt, the first release in a four-part limited edition collection of whiskies developed in Bowmore’s No.1 Vaults.
The Vault Edit1°n series highlights four characteristic flavours associated with Bowmore’s signature style; Atlantic sea salt, peat smoke, sweetness and citrus fruits.
Aged in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 51.5%ABV, Atlantic Sea Salt has a distinctive salty profile balanced with sweet, spicy and fruity flavours. A new release of the series will be launched each year until 2019 with the next edition being Vault Edit1°n Peat Smoke.
Atlantic Sea Salt is available from whisky specialists RRP £100.
