Signature Pubs is transforming The Hope on 6-8 Waterloo Street in Glasgow into new “Pub and Scullery” The Smokin’ Fox.
Set to open mid-March, the new pub will have a stylish yet Victorian feel with a fun, eclectic and edgy design that accentuates some the site’s original features and introduces some “bohemian influences, splashes of colour and hints of new pop art.”
Mhari Raw, Business Development Manager for Signature Pubs, told DRAM, “The menu will have traditional classics and feel good food with a Scottish twist, keeping provenance a main focus and our drinks menu will be freshened up.”
She added, “We intend to have a lot of fun with this unit and our team are really excited to be working on such an exciting project.”
