Pernod Ricard acquires The Whisky Exchange

Pernod Ricard has signed an agreement for the acquisition of UK-based online and physical spirits retailer The Whisky Exchange.

It was started in 1999 by Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh and now boasts a catalogue of circa 10,000 products.

The Whisky Exchange will continue to operate what its current team and structure, with Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh managing the business as joint Managing Directors. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
