Max’s Bar goes Mexican

Max’s Bar on Queen Street has announced that it will open as Max’s Bar & Cantina from next month (14 November) as it launches a Mexican food offer.

The Glasgow’s City Centre bar, which hosted a McFly’s Chicken Summer Pop-Up, has taken back control of it’s kitchen, to provide a Mexican eatery with a menu including Birria Tacos, Sharing Nachos, Salsa Roja, and Chicharrón. Max’s Bar & Cantina also says that it will be one of the very few in Glasgow that is completely gluten free.

Executive Chef Joe Grant said, “We’re really excited to be developing a brand new menu for Max’s Bar, bringing back some of the classics that people knew and loved like the sharing Nachos, and adding some brand new dishes that have taken the world by storm in recent years.”
