Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh has launched Lost Food — a new in-house food and drink offer led by chef and hospitality consultant Jason Wright.

The development brings three new outlets to the site – Lost Kitchen, Lost Tacos and Lost Deli. A fourth, Lost Market, is due to open in the coming weeks and will offer grocery items, home-made produce and branded Get Lost products, with delivery available direct to the resort’s chalets and pods.

Jason Wright, now Head of Food and Beverage at Lost Shore, said, “We are incredibly excited to launch a brand new in-house food and drink concept, with something for everyone. Lost Food is the culinary heartbeat of Lost Shore. It will be an all-day dining hub from morning until night, with our on-site market coming very soon. The food brings bold, fresh flavours and simple cooking to the shores of the world class wave pool. With lots of exciting events and collaborations planned in the New Year, we can’t wait to share Lost Food with you all.”

Each outlet has its own focus. Lost Deli offers home-made salads and fresh focaccia sandwiches, while Lost Tacos has a more casual menu. Lost Kitchen will add an evening service in the spring, featuring a menu of small and larger sharing plates, alongside a short cocktail and wine list.

Wright, who has worked on restaurant launches globally, said he’s looking forward to building the concept in his home city. He’s working closely with the food and beverage team on a menu designed to be fresh, approachable and event-friendly, with themed nights planned into 2026.

Lost Shore is home to Europe’s largest inland wave pool, powered by Wavegarden technology. The resort also features 53 luxury chalets and pods, with woodland and canal-side walks on site.
