New appointments for Marblehead

Ricky Agnew, Chairman and Managing Director of Marblehead, has revealed that Emma Wykes (nee Davies) has been promoted to the newly-created position of Commercial Director within the company. Additionally Heather Graham who has been supporting the business in a consultative capacity, will now be taking on the role of Business Development Director. Emma has been with Marblehead since 2009, in the position of Sales Director and before that was the Global Head of Sales & Marketing for Martin Miller’s Gin for seven and with the company for seven years. Emma has had 20 years’ experience building successful premium spirits brands. Heather has held senior positions at William Grant, Pernod Ricard and Diageo. She set up her own consultancy Lemongrass Green in 2009 and has a wealth of contacts in the industry, both in the UK and internationally.

The Marblehead portfolio includes Kraken Black Spiced Rum, Lillet Blanc, Rouge and Rosé apéritifs, as well as Marblehead’s own brands Davna Vodka and Skipper Rum. Over the past 37 years, Marblehead founder Ricky Agnew and his team have been instrumental in launching and growing brands in the UK including Absolut Vodka, Maker’s Mark, Wyborowka Vodka and Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka.
