A touch of paradise has been brought to Edinburgh’s Lothian Street, with the opening of cabaret bar and diner Paradise Palms. Going with the tagline, ‘Where Elvis would go to die if Elvis wasn’t dead’, the bar promises a selection of well-made drinks and an all-American diner menu.
The bar is owned by half-brothers Trystan O’Brien and Andrew Rennie. Trystan told DRAM, “We’re both from Edinburgh but have lived abroad for a number of years and have 3 bars over in Sydney and New Zealand – this is our first back on home soil so it’s a pretty big deal for us.”
