Revolution Bars Group has revealed plans to expand its portfolio in Scotland after the company reported a 12.7% hike in first-half revenue to £66.7m.
The firm is reportedly negotiating a third site in Glasgow and is seeking new sites in Inverness and Edinburgh.
Revolution also owns one Revolution vodka bar in Glasgow and recently expanded its Revolución de Cuba brand to Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Revolution CEO Mark McQuater, has said, “We’re looking to dramatically grow our Scottish operation.
“Customers are quite excited about what it is we do, which is basically premium cocktails, fabulous environment, fresh food, atmosphere and music.”
The group’s portfolio spans 66 sites across the UK, including 53 Revolution bars and 13 Revolución de Cuba bars.
Revolution recorded a like for like sales increase of 1.7% in the eight weeks to February 25, having grown 2% in the first half.
