Glasgow-based pancake house Stack & Still opens second site, at Silverburn

Glasgow-based operators Paul Reynolds and Graham Swankie have opened a second site for their pancake house concept Stack & Still, in the Silverburn shopping centre. The dual-level store is located in the Winter Garden and features a dedicated food and drink area seating 185 customers.

The due opened their first unit at West George Street in October, serving over 500,000 pancakes in their first 6 months.

Stack & Still is the fourth launch from Glasgow-based entrepreneur Paul who also has venues Gin Spa, Gin71 and Cup under his belt.
