Glasgow Cocktail Collective adds to its range

Ribena-Margarita

Glasgow Cocktail Collective (GCC), a bar-to-home cocktail delivery service launched in lockdown to support the trade by buying all stock from local sources and wholesalers which is then distributed back to local businesses and their families, has launched new drinks packages. New drinks on offer include a Ribena Margarita (pictured), Naked Porn Star martini, and a Blood Orange Margarita created by Phillies of Shawlands.

Founding members include Vodka Wodka, Blue Dog, Kelvingrove Café, Redmonds and Phillies of Shawlands.

Fraser McIlwraith, founder of Dark Art Drinks and the Glasgow Cocktail Collective explained,  “By choosing to buy a cocktail from GCC, you’re supporting local and helping keep your favourite bars in business.”

“Our ambition for the GCC has always been to keep the cocktail culture alive in the city and deliver the best drinks from the city’s best bars, for an at-home experience.

“Now more than ever, with the new restrictions in hospitality, we continue to offer an excellent service that allows our customers to enjoy premium quality cocktails in your own kitchen.
“It’s even easier to order our drinks, with Deliveroo and The Bevy Store delivering across the city with one click. Our new drinks are in response to feedback to our customers, and available to enjoy this weekend.”

The GCC has also raised £1500, a percentage of which has been donated to Scotland’s hospitality charity, The Drinks Trust, to help bartenders that have found themselves out of work.

Drinks are delivered chilled to customers’ door, complete with ice and garnish. All cocktails are available to order now. Find them on Deliveroo, The Bevy Store, The GCC App or click and collect from Vodka Wodka.
