Greene King’s Wellbeing Week is in full swing until 18th July, with a range of activities planned to support employees’ physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
The events will be held online with all activities accessed via Greene King’s employee app Kingdom and there will also be competitions posted throughout the week with prizes available.
Andrew Bush, Chief People Officer at Greene King, said, “I’m looking forward to a really exciting week, packed full of engaging, informative and fun events, all online and designed to help our teams look after their physical and mental wellbeing.
“While most of our office-based teams are still working from home, we wanted to offer something for everyone which is why I’m very proud of the full timetable of events planned, with sessions on everything from nutrition and sleep support to live yoga and physio sessions.”
Other events on the programme include separate sessions on men’s and women’s health, an eating disorders session, personal finance session and a healthy cook along. There will also be information posted on Kingdom throughout the week covering topics including single-parent support, sleep support and alcohol awareness.
