First Look at Abandon Ship Bar in Glasgow

Here’s the first look at Macmerry 300’s latest Glasgow unit Abandon Ship Bar that will open at 43 Mitchell Street on Friday, 17th September.

Set across two floors, the new 80-cover restaurant, bar and retail concept is adorned with wall to wall street art by creative director, Richard Davies and marks their 2nd of 10 planned Abandon Ship Bars throughout the UK.

The 3500 square feet lifestyle space is a ‘colourful laidback and comfortable space that gets people talking’.

There’s an 80s Tron-inspired arcade entrance complete with an Abandon Ship photobooth, and a designated Pickle Shack – where customers can enjoy craft beer, shots and browse Abandon Ship Apparel merchandise.

Said Creative director, Richard Davies,  “We’re always looking to innovate with the brand and our new concept is something that all of our team are really proud to be part of. We’ve put blood, sweat and tears into our opening and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve created.”
