Gordon Ramsay has opened Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, his casual dining concept, in Edinburgh at the weekend. This is his first restaurant in the Capital.
Edinburgh-based Dan Ashmore, the Executive Head Chef, is a Scottish Chef of the Year finalist and has over 7 years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Scotland.
The menu will include Gordon Ramsay specials such as Beef Wellington and classic fish and chips, as well as featuring Scottish delicacies.
