One of Dundee’s best known pubs, Tickety Boo’s is now available to lease through Star Pubs & Bars.
The pub is located in the heart of Dundee which is a popular university city. Dundee has also been transformed over the last few years with its shore front development including the introduction of the V&A museum, renovation of the train station and the development of the popular Slessor Gardens. This attracts people from far and wide for music, culture and outdoor entertainment.

Tickety Boo’s is a traditional style pub with wooden décor and original stained-glass windows. The pub has a central horseshoe bar and the rear staircase gives access to a mezzanine level for more seating. The pub has around 60 covers but with has a pavement licence which can provide an additional 20 covers.
There is a small catering kitchen which is in good working order. The bar currently runs a large menu but would benefit from a smaller snack menu to reduce wastage.
