Monboddo Restaurant and Bar, located in The DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre, has announced that it is teaming up with Edrington UK to offer guests a range of carefully selected whiskies.
Monboddo is working closely with Edrington to create whisky flights curated from a selection of Scottish malts and premium global whiskies including varieties from producers in Japan and it has plans to introduce whisky into some of its more popular dishes on the menu.
Dimitris Theodosopoulos, manager of Monboddo, said: “We are delighted to collaborate with such a distinguished company with a remarkable heritage to further enhance our whisky offering at Monboddo. It has long been our ambition to evolve in this area to make Monboddo Edinburgh’s standout destination for whisky enthusiasts.
