To mark the official opening of Roxy Lanes in Edinburgh on 18th November, which will be the brand’s northernmost to date, the company placed a giant 20ft bowling pin in Princes Street Gardens.
Roxy Leisure’s, Commercial Manager, Joel Mitchell, said, “We are so excited to be opening our latest site in Edinburgh this November, and what better way to celebrate than with a gigantic bowling pin? The city of Edinburgh is iconic and historic, with a huge creative spirit. Its abundance of nightlife venues made it the perfect place to bring our latest competitive gaming concept to and we can’t wait to open our doors to everybody on 18th November.”
Roxy Lanes Edinburgh will be housed within a 25,000 square ft venue on Rose Street. The venue will feature a range of activities including ten-pin bowling, duckpin bowling, ice-free curling, American pool, air hockey, karaoke, basketball, beer pong, bank shot shuffleboard, and shuffleboard.
Edinburgh is the 13th site for the Roxy Leisure group following their most recent launches in Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, with their newest site having launched in Sheffield in August.
