American-style eatery Buck’s Bar is gearing up to launch its first Edinburgh location on Grindlay Street later this month. Celebrated for its generous servings of buttermilk fried chicken burgers, wings, and waffles, the rock’n’roll-inspired restaurant also offers a diverse drinks menu featuring cocktails, ice cream floats, and milkshakes in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.
Having already captured the hearts of Glasgow diners with three successful venues on West Regent Street, the Trongate, and Cathcart Road, the upcoming Edinburgh location marks Buck’s Bar’s fourth restaurant in Scotland. The company took to Instagram to reveal the opening date and location, accompanied by a video showcasing their signature fried chicken burger. Buck’s Bar Edinburgh is scheduled to open its doors on Friday, April 14.
