Eusebi celebrates birthday with special Paul Tamburrini event

Glasgow’s Eusebi Deli is celebrating its 8th birthday of bringing authentic Italian cuisine & hospitality to the west end this year, by partnering with executive chef Paul Tamburrini of Tamburrini & Wishart, the fine-dining restaurant at Cameron House Hotel,  for a one-night only event, ‘cooking with friends’ that brings the chef back to his hometown to cook in Eusebi’s kitchen.

Giovanna Eusebi, owner of Eusebi’s, said, “I have long been a huge fan of Paul, and he is the most modest chef I know. The Eusebi team is delighted to have the pleasure of collaborating with Paul and his dedicated team for one night, and we cannot wait to see the excellent dishes they will have in store for us.

“Cooking with Friends’ will give us the opportunity to celebrate the fantastic bonds we have made over Eusebi Deli’s lifetime that have transformed Eusebi into what it is today. Hosting these valuable connections in the lead up to our anniversary allows us to celebrate not only Eusebi Deli’s anniversary  but the importance of these industry friendships.”

The event takes place on August 21st and diners will experience chef Tamburrini’s expert cookery through a 6-course tasting menu, complete with paired wines, that features dishes celebrating Scottish land and sea alongside more exotic ingredients.
